Welcome to BeanBefore.co.uk. We understand that getting your items quickly and reliably is important to you, so we have outlined our shipping policy to ensure a transparent and satisfactory shopping experience. Please review the following terms and conditions concerning our shipping process.
1. General Shipping Information
- Shipping Options: We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over £30.00, using Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked. Delivery time is typically 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: For orders under £30.00, shipping is available via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked at a cost of £2.99, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days.
- Next Day Delivery: Available for all orders at a cost of £4.99, using DPD. Orders must be placed before 13:30 (1:30pm) to qualify for next day delivery. Please note, if your order is placed on a Friday, next day delivery will be the following Monday (We don’t offer next day delivery for weekends).
- Next Day Delivery before 12:30 PM: Available for all orders at a cost of £6.99, using DPD. Orders must be placed before 13:30 (1:30pm) to qualify for next day delivery before 12:30 PM. Please note, if your order is placed on a Friday, next day delivery will be the following Monday (We don’t offer next day delivery for weekends).
- Dispatch Times: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day from the time of order. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
2. Shipping Restrictions
- Address Verification: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for shipments delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping options are not available at this time.
3. Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Liability
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at orders@beanbefore.co.uk. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
- Lost Packages: In the rare event that a package is lost, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Please allow up to 10 business days for the investigation to be completed. During this time, we will make every effort to locate your package and may, at our discretion, send a replacement.
5. Changes to Your Order
If you need to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled without penalty until they have been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, any cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further details.
